Every time I leave the main exhibit of a zoo or aquarium, I’m instantly drawn into the maze of souvenir shops—who can walk away empty-handed? From childhood trips with my parents to solo travels where I seek out zoos in new cities, I’ve collected memories (and souvenirs!) from countless gift shops. Some designs are so charming and creative, I’ve even fantasized about joining a zoo’s souvenir design team! 

For this exhibition, we created a “souvenir-ception” baseball cap—a souvenir *about* souvenirs. It’s that perfect, must-have item you’d grab from a zoo gift shop… because who can resist taking a piece of the magic home? 🦒🧢
